The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, featuring internet connection, a beautiful bathroom, and a queen-size bed. the hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the lake. - the hotel is conveniently situated near a supermarket for under £10.00 and surrounded by many restaurants.

This is the second time me and my wife have stayed in this hotel and it gets better everytime. The addition of a brand new spa, alongside the friendly staff and pure comfort easily make this hotel a 4star let alone a 3star. Loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone. Will definatley be going back there again.

Excellent hotel, really good deco and standard of the rooms. Yummy breakfast with lots to choose from, but please note that in Poland there is not much hot food served in the morning as in the uk. But still, great value for money! Staff was very nice during our two stays, and outside space with umbrellas is really good to relax with some drink or coffee. I imagine the hotel is mostly visited for business as most hotels in Silesia, but for those on leisure, bus stop & food shops are just few minutes away. We didn't have chance to use the free WiFi so can't comment.
Tea & Coffee facilities would be nice, as well as small safe in the room, although you can use main safe at the reception.

Very, very nice hotel and room. Secure parking. Beautiful, relaxing gardens. Excellent food. Excellent value for the price.
A second chair in the room would have been nice. WiFi not strong enough to reach room but they provided a cable for wired internet access.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Poland and had a really great experience. the hotel was excellent value for money, with affordable prices compared to other places. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always polite and willing to assist with any request. Thirdly, the location of the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It was also conveniently located near major bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and the attention to detail in the furnishings was impressive. it was a fantastic hotel!
The only minor thing I would mention is that the internet connection in the rooms could be improved. However, this didn't take away from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

Excellent rate, professional and personable desk staff (especially Marta), clean comfortable room, new fixtures, room in almost new condition, some English language channels on TV, free parking available in a few spots, excellent new spa, great massage and service by Karolina.
Breakfast was lacking - eggs were exceptionally runny (best consumed with a straw). Spa hours should be a little longer and/or start earlier. Location not the best,
